Shipping and returns

If the tracking details show your package was delivered and you can’t locate it, please wait two full days (excluding Sundays and holidays) for the package to arrive. We recommend checking around your home and asking your neighbors if they may have received it for you.

General Questions

  1. Fremo X700 can run AC devices at 110V that require less than 650
  2. Then, you can calculate the charging time with the following formula:
Working time = Fremo X700’s Watt-Hours * 0.85 / operating power of your device.
Example:
Let’s assume your device’s power consumption is 60W (might be a box fan), and you want to use the Fremo X700 to run your device.
662Wh*0.85/60w = Roughly 9 hours of working time

Yes, our product support pass-through charging. How do I store and charge the Fremo X700 power station if I don’t use it for a long time?
  1. We recommend keeping the battery power above 20% when using or storing the power station regularly.
  2. A fully charged battery can last for several months. However, please recharge it every 6 months to keep the battery power above 50% if you don’t use it.

  1. We recommend keeping the battery power above 20% when using or storing the power station regularly.
  2. A fully charged battery can last for several months. However, please recharge it every 6 months to keep the battery power above 50% if you don’t use it. The appropriate charging temperature is 0-45℃.
  3. Please make sure you store your power station within an ambient temperature of -20-50℃.

Our lithium-iron phosphate batteries have 1500 cycles to 80%+ capacity. Please note the unit still can function well after 1500 cycles.

There are 3 methods to recharge your x700 power station:
  1. Charge by solar panels
  2. Charge by wall outlet through the AC charger that comes with the product.
  3. Charge by car outlet through the car charging cable that comes with the Fremo X700.

Unfortunately, you cannot. Under FAA regulations, you are not allowed to take any battery exceeding 100Wh onto a plane.

Our power station is made of a lithium iron phosphate battery. It is more safe and stable.

  1. No, we don’t have this function for now.

Please check if there are external high-power electrical appliances. If the power of the connected electrical appliance is high, like 600W, the battery will run out in about 1 hour.

  1. Confirm whether the DC indicator is lighted on.
  2. Try to replace the head of the charger to see whether the cable is faulty.
  3. If none of the above methods work, provide a video explaining the fault and contact [email protected]
  1. Please confirm whether the car cigarette lighter has normal voltage and power output.
  2. Try using a solar panel to charge the power station. If the solar panel can be used to charge, it means that there is a problem with the car charger.

Please make sure you start your car before using the car charging, otherwise, a long-time car charging may cause drain to your car battery.

  1. If the temperature is too high, turn off the unit or stop the load, this will let it cool down. 2. If the temperature is too low for charging, place the unit somewhere warmer or let electrical appliances discharge it for a while. 3. The charging power of the unit is related to the battery level. When the unit starts charging from 0% or is about to be fully charged, it is normal that the charging power is low.

The solar charging cable for the Hyper100 solar panel is 3 meters long.

  1. The solar panel must be placed outdoors for use. If placed indoors, it won’t work. 2. Check if there is any error prompt on the LCD Screen of your power station. If there is, follow the prompt to solve the problem. 3. Check the connection status by removing and reconnecting it. 4. Check if you can charge the unit with the car charger. If it works, it means that the solar panel has connection issues or other problems. If the car charger doesn’t work either, please record a video and send it to [email protected] for troubleshooting.

We highly recommend to use Hyper 100 on Fremo X700. However, you can consult your third party supplier based on the output spec of Hyper 100. Fremo will not take any responsibility for the issues caused by not using Fremo products.

Since our Hyper 100 solar panel has a USB output outlet, we don’t recommend using it in the rain because water can damage the connection ports. To maximize the unit’s lifespan, please make sure you retrieve the panels when it is raining.
